No Refund Policy
At Friendly Design Works, all payments made for services and products are final and non-refundable.
Services: Once a project has begun, payment covers time, resources, and creative work invested. Because of the custom nature of our services, no refunds will be issued for work that has been initiated, delivered, or completed.
Products: All digital and physical products are sold “as is.” We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of damage (such as photos). Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Deposits & Retainers: Any deposits or retainers paid to secure services are also non-refundable.
By purchasing services or products from Friendly Design Works, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
