We provide design services including but not limited to branding, graphic design, website design, packaging, merchandise, and related creative work. All services are subject to the terms outlined in project proposals, contracts, or invoices.

2. Products

All products, whether physical or digital, are sold “as is.” Please review our No Refund Policy for details.

3. Payments

• Payments are due as outlined in your invoice or service agreement.

• Late payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, or additional fees.

• Deposits or retainers are non-refundable and required to secure services.

4. No Refund Policy

• Services: Due to the custom nature of design services, all payments are final and non-refundable once work has begun.

• Products: All sales are final. Damaged or defective products will be replaced if reported within 7 days of delivery with proof of damage.

5. Intellectual Property

• All concepts, drafts, and design files remain the property of Friendly Design Works until the final payment is received.

• Upon full payment, ownership of final, approved deliverables transfers to the client.

• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, content, and approvals necessary for project completion. Delays in communication may extend project timelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

Friendly Design Works will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. All work completed up to the termination date must be paid in full.

9. Governing Law
